There are a number of venues to select from:
- The Pavilion-The main conference room which is ideal for presentations of large conference groups. Seating capacity from 50 to 130 persons for a catered function or up to 250 seated cinema style.
- The Zebra Room-A tastefully decorated area which can also be utilized as a break-away room. Seating capacity up to 30 delegates.
- The Paved Terrace-Set around a large Koi pond this garden terrace is the ideal setting for relaxing lunch, an outdoor function or even as an outside break-away area.
- The Madwala Room-A simple but effective air-conditioned conference room with large sliding doors leading onto a paved terrace, superb for refreshment breaks under the African Sky. Seating capacity up to 60 delegates’ seated cinema style or 30 delegates in a Conference set up.
- The Board Room-A secluded air conditioned boardroom with “round table” style seating for up to 20 delegates.
- Madwala Conservancy-Surrounding the Chantecler Hotel, stocked with various Games, the Perfect location for outdoor related Team Building exercises fuelled by the African Sun.
